My Notes server are getting the error  Unable to Bind port 80, port may be in use or user needs net_privaddr privilege” when trying to start the HTTP process.

The problems lies in my case at the antivirus NOD32.

You need to add the nhttp.exe file under web browsers in configuration and place a cross against it to exclude it from checking.

I Worked around by remove 80 from the list of Ports to be scanned on Web protection.
Under the Tools – Advanced Settings, expand the Web Shield section.
